What Is Summer Staff?

Our Summer Staff program is a six-week immersive ministry experience designed for college students who want to invest their summer in meaningful work, spiritual growth, and leadership development.

You’ll serve alongside our church staff, help lead ministries, build lasting friendships, and gain hands-on experience in a real church environment—all while being paid and housed if needed.

This is more than filling a role. It’s about becoming part of a team and growing as a follower of Jesus.

What Will I Do as a Summer Staffer?

Summer Staff members serve in a variety of ministries based on gifting, interest, and church needs. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in kids, youth, or adult ministries
  • Helping plan and lead events, camps, or outreach
  • Supporting Sunday services and weekly programs
  • Serving the local community through outreach projects
  • Administrative and behind-the-scenes church support
